A little definition (for Mom, Aunt Diane, and the rest of the old farts...)... URL = A web site address. So when you fill out a comment and you have a personal web page, you put it under the URL. If you don't have a web page, just leave it blank.
Listed below are links to weblogs that reference URL:

Technically, its "Uniform Resource Locator" and is used to point to any resourse on the web. The first part specifies the protocol like FTP (File Transfer Protocol) or HTTP (Hyper Text Transport Protocol), the second the path to that object, the first part of it (the server) actually being turned into a unique number which can be used by Domain Name Servers (DNS) to find a specific site. The rest of the path then gives the location of a specific resource one the site. Of course, this is not to be confused with URI, or Uniform Resource Identifier, which is used to identify resouces anywhere, not necessairly on the web. URL's are a subset of URI's.
I'm gonna comment every day!
