Its official. The Beverly Hills Hotel is the best hotel I've ever stayed in. It wasn't necessarily the beauty (though it was beautiful), it was the service. At breakfast: "Ms. Cutri, will you be having regular coffee again today? Mr. Cutri, how nice to see you, will you be having the oatmeal again?" In the hallways "Hello, I hope you're having a nice day." At the concierge "How did you enjoy the Getty Center today? Wasn't that resteraunt excellent?" At the Bell Hop "I'll park the car close so it will be here when you head out to the comedy club, ma'am." In the room, you leave a book folded open to your page and the maid service (that comes twice a day) closes it with a bookmark that says "We carefully saved your place."
Can you imagine living like that all the time? Maybe I've set my "comfortable" standard too low. Oh well, c'est la vie, I might have an exciting job but I'll never make the big bucks in the government-run space travel business.
Anyway, back to the reality of work. I have at least two really late sims week plus a late night I've created for myself tonight because I slept in this morning. I was out late last night with Internet Boy (new record: a second date with someone I met on the Internet!) The weather was beautiful last night and we just sat on his boat and soaked it in. Almost felt like California. The humidity is probably back today. Sigh.
Wow, I'm liking what I hear of Internet Boy so far. Keep us posted!

So, was it a more "successful" date by your standards?

We can talk about it later. I didn't come home until 3 a.m. last night. Super tired.
